Do not swim
Redbank Gorge The water might look inviting but it's freezing.  You cannot swim here unless you have a wetsuit.
The gorge is a stunner but you can't see the best unless you have a way to get through such as a canoe or li-lo

The water here is unbelieveably cold, try marginally above freezing. The only way to explore beyond the walking track is with a full steamer wetsuit or a li-lo or such. You have been warned.
