Flowering in spring, the wreath leschenaultia is one of WA's most sought after iconic wildflowers. Found in the northern/central wheatbelt country as far south as Moora, it favours open gravelly, often disturbed ground. This example is one of a number taken root in a gravel pit in Maya locality.
