Bulimba is a suburb of east-northeast Brisbane in southeast Queensland and has a population of around 5,100 (50.1% male, 49.9% female). Around 1260 families live in the area and of those 40.6% have one or more children under the age of 15. 11.8% of families have only a single parent while 43.9% of couples have no children. Bulimba covers an area of approximately 207 hectares (510 acres).

The most common income bracket for people living in Bulimba is $2,000 or more per week (11.2% of people). 5.1% have no income.
