Yangalake is a locality on the Sturt Highway in southwest New South Wales situated about 370km north-northwest of Melbourne (show me) (the nearest capital city). Sydney (show me), the capital of New South Wales, is about 700km east of Yangalake. Yangalake is at an altitude of approximately 66m. The nearest sea is the Tasman Sea which is part of the South Pacific Ocean about 370km south-southeast of Yangalake.

Yangalake is on the intersection of the Sturt Highway and the Waugorah Road.
