Cape Bruny Lighthouse

Ruins of the original convict built lighthouse keeper's cottage and store, with the lighthouse in the distance. Governor Arthur commissioned the lighthouse be built in 1836 because several ships had been lost entering the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
