Aerial view showing construction of the Public Hall in Gore Street (right) and the commercial buildings in Lamb Street. The War Memorial in Lamb Street, unveiled in 1920, can be seen in the top centre. The Royal Hotel is opposite the construction site, at the corner of Lamb and Gore Streets.
