    Stroll past historic buildings, enjoy a meal at a waterfront restaurant or grab a snack from a fresh seafood stall at Hobart’s Constitution Dock.(where the Sydney To Hobart Yacht Race Finishes) Take your time as you explore this historic area that fuses the old and new. Admire the Georgian sandstone warehouses lining the dock that were built in the 1830s. These buildings were once used to store wool, grain and whale oil but are now converted into businesses, galleries and restaurants
