Mount Franklin Ski Run

This is the view from the top of the old Mount Franklin Ski Run. In 1957 Jim Webb built the first ski tow in operation in the Brindabellas using an engine adapted from a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The ski tow was mounted on a sled so it could be moved around. It was refered to by the ski club as the "Brumby Tow".
