My Burrows family were photographers in Bendigo, Victoria from 1857 - 1878, when known as the gold mining town of Sandhurst and a family photo album I own has many of the Burrows photographers photos in it. Shown here is a self portrait photo of John William Burrows , showing on back his photography business in Sandhurt, (Bendigo) Victoria. C. 1874.
