Frazer Is Beach Camp

If the beach was impassable there was only a narrow 15km road belonging to the Sand Mining Company in1976 then
you could pick a designated area along the beach and set up camp, high enough away from storm waves. Our camp was 5km from Indian Head.
You ordered your supplies from the Happy Valley General store the only store on the Island for ice, gas & petrol and fresh bread, milk, ect arrived two days later on the beach by plane.
